MC50 SERIES SOLENOID VALVE

According NAMUR standard MC50 series solenoid valve can be installed directly on single/double acting pneumatic actuator. Due to particular air circuit structure MC50 series can prevent entry of liquid and dust effectively. MC50 series can be applied especially on outdoor or dusty environment. Air supply pressure range: 2-8bar, power voltage range: 12/24/48VDC, 110/220/240VAC, type: General Type, Explosion-proof Type, Intrinsic safe Type, Pouring Type

ACTING PRINCIPLE

Coil Power-off
Springs on plunger push the plunger return to seat, blocking pilot air. Spring on the piston is in the normal. In this position, supply pressure through Port 1 and Port 4 into actuator, push the piston to control valve stroke. Port 2 and Port 3 are connected to another cavity of actuator to exhaust air.(Asin picture)

Coil Power-on
The magnetic field on coil pull the plunger leave the seat, the pilot channel is open. The air fromPort 1 go through the pilot channel supply pressure on the left Of piston. Piston is pushed to the
right and spring is Compressed. In this position, supply pressure through Port 1 and Port 2 into actuator, push the piston to control the valve stroke. port 4 and port 5 are connected to another
cavity to exhaust air. (As in picture)
